1. Pilates​​

Bae Suzy is a popular South Korean singer, actor and model. Suzy’s favourite penguin exercises focus on your arm and are very easy to do. You could do this workout anywhere, anytime. To do this exercise, first stretch your wrists out at a right angle, like a penguin. The quickly move your wrists in and out while flapping your arms up and down, just like a penguin. You do not need to raise your arms too high up.

Some popular abs workouts include cross body planks and crunch variations. It is important to first do a 10 minute warm up and then move onto a vigorous abs training session.
